• "Services" refers to all cloud-based SaaS applications, tools, features, and support provided by Global Zanrefsi LLC
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or organization accessing our Services
• "Account" refers to your registered user profile and associated data within our platform
• "Subscription" refers to your paid access to specific Services for a defined period
• "Content" refers to data, files, information, and materials you upload or create within our Services
• "Platform" refers to the Zanrefsi/MyNexFlow technology infrastructure hosting our Services

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Not use our Services to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services
• Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our Services without written permission

Subscription Fees:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

Usage-Based Fees:

• Additional charges may apply for API usage, data storage, transaction processing, or add-on features
• Usage-based fees are calculated monthly and billed separately

Failed Payments:

• If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times
• If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended or downgraded
• You are responsible for all fees during any suspension period

Our Intellectual Property:

• All Services, software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by Global Zanrefsi LLC and protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of all Content you upload or create within our Services
• You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your Content solely to provide the Services
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to your Content and that it does not violate third-party rights

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results
• Compatibility with all systems or devices

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our Services, excluding scheduled maintenance.

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without advance notice
• SLA credits may be issued for verified downtime exceeding our guarantee

By You:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You are responsible for exporting your data before termination

By Us:

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate any user account with 30 days' notice for any reason
• Immediate termination may occur for illegal activity, fraud, or abuse

Effect of Termination:

• You will lose access to all Services and Content
• We may delete your data after 30 days unless legally required to retain it
• Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, unless we specify a later effective date.

Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice within our Services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us directly to attempt resolution
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to mediation before litigation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
4. Jurisdiction: Any legal action must be brought in state or federal courts located in Delaware

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Zanrefsi LLC
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
