Base API URL (function: developerApi)

Authenticate with the x-api-key header. REST resources: /rest/projects, /rest/invoices, /rest/time-entries, /rest/agreements. GraphQL: POST /graphql with { projects { name } invoices { invoice_number amount } }.

Webhooks are HMAC-SHA256 signed (header x-pp-signature) and fire for invoice.created, invoice.paid, time_entry.created, and agreement.signed.
